Anniversary Dinner
We had a great, romantic homemade dinner for our anniversary. And since it was on a Monday, it was meatless (well, not really... I used chicken stock, but oh well).
We had.....

I've always wanted to make something risotto. The rest of the stuff looks fabulous--share, share, share the way to make it-please.
You guys are seriously so talented! That looks delicious! The question is, can I get Mike to eat it? I'm always teasing him about his uncultured palette... :) Oh well, more for me I guess!
